I use to be a thin girl when I was a kid, I could eat anything and I didnt gain weight, but when I started puberty everything changed. I have heard every kind of comment about my weight.

Yes, almost every day. Since I started this I do it less often. The quote “Dont eat your feelings” suits me a lot. Whenever something bad happens I find myself eating.

The key is to maintaining me occupied in something, like reading.
